Susan Kupusa is the Sales Manager here at Essential Mobility Products. Susan has been in the industry for over 20 years and brings extensive knowledge and experience. Susan's expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the company and our clients. Whether it is during in home assessments or in store advice, Susan is all about sharing her knowledge and getting what is right for each client. SUsan's main goal is being able to bring the best quality of life to each indivisul she has the pleasure to work with.

Malec

Sales Associate


Wes Malec is an Essential Sales Associate. Wes brings approximately 7 years of Real Estate sales and customer care to our team. Wes started his career with Essential Mobility as a Service Technician and has grown to develop into one of our Sales Associates. Wes' knowledge of our equipment makes him well versed in all areas of mobility to better guide our clients to the items they require. Our clients mobility and their well being is of his top priority.

Natalie Williamson

Office Manager


Natalie Williamson brings close to 20 years of operational and customer focused experience to the team. Natalie spent much of her career in the Health and Safety world and uses that knowledge to translate into the Essential Mobility world by making sure that all decisions made are going to keep our clients safe and comfortable. Natalie 's main priority is to make sure that all staff are well trained and versed in everything mobility, so that they can all provide top quality knowledge and information to each one of our clients.

Patricia Pink

Service Supervisor


Patricia Pink is Essential Mobility's Sales Supervisor. Patricia brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Making sure all services, repairs and deliveries are booked within our clients' schedules as well as the urgency of the repair, is her top priority. Patricia is extremely vested in making sure that she knows all our products and the parts required for repairs. Keep our clients moving is her #1 motivation.

Karlee Boyce

Administration


Karlee is Essential Mobility's Administrator and Marketing professional. Karlee brings over 15 years of customer focused experience to the team. Karlee also brings with her a sense of pride in her role and customer focus. Making sure that our clients needs are met, so they feel safe and confident is her key trait.

Margaret Grubic

Reception/Rental Program


Margaret is Essential Mobility's Reception/Rental Administrator. Margaret brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team. When it comes to your needs, with regards to renting equipment for a family member/friend or for yourself, Margaret will be able to get your set up with the items you require. Whether it be after a surgery or while you heal from a mild injury, Margaret will make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Rod Letourneau

Service Technician


Rod is our part time Service Technician. Rod brings a wealth of practical knowledge to Essential Mobility, with an abundant career working with and building manual wheelchairs. Rod's experience makes him a great source for our clients to be able to have their mobility devices fitting and working just how they require them to be.

George Bennett

Service Technician


George is our part time in house Service Technician. George brings many years of mechanical and engineering experience to Essential. George enjoys being able to work on our clients devices in store and seeing their smiles when all is fixed and they are on their way.
