Wes Malec is an Essential Sales Associate. Wes brings approximately 7 years of Real Estate sales and customer care to our team. Wes started his career with Essential Mobility as a Service Technician and has grown to develop into one of our Sales Associates. Wes' knowledge of our equipment makes him well versed in all areas of mobility to better guide our clients to the items they require. Our clients mobility and their well being is of his top priority.
Jen is an Essential Sales Associate. Jen brings approximately 20 years of community and customer care to our team. Jen comes to Essential with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of our equipment and accessories that are best suited to individual clients needs. Jen's knowledge of our equipment makes her well versed in all areas of mobility to better guide our clients to the items they require. Our clients mobility and well being is of her top priority.
Natalie Williamson brings close to 20 years of operational and customer focused experience to the team. Natalie spent much of her career in the Health and Safety world and uses that knowledge to translate into the Essential Mobility world by making sure that all decisions made are going to keep our clients safe and comfortable. Natalie 's main priority is to make sure that all staff are well trained and versed in everything mobility, so that they can all provide top quality knowledge and information to each one of our clients.
Patricia Pink is Essential Mobility's Sales Supervisor. Patricia brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Making sure all services, repairs and deliveries are booked within our clients' schedules as well as the urgency of the repair, is her top priority. Patricia is extremely vested in making sure that she knows all our products and the parts required for repairs. Keep our clients moving is her #1 motivation.
Steve is Essential Mobilities full time Service Technician. Steve brings many years of mechanical and customer service experience to Essential. Steve enjoys being able to help our clients by making sure that they have all their equipment in tip top working order. Making sure our client needs are met is Steve's top priority, whether it be delivering the items they need, installing and setting them up or doing the repairs required.
George is our part time in house Service Technician. George brings many years of mechanical and engineering experience to Essential. George enjoys being able to work on our clients devices in store and seeing their smiles when all is fixed and they are on their way.
