We brought in a rollator walker to have the bearings replaced in one front wheel fork. Essential Mobility quickly found us the needed bearings and replaced them in just a few minutes in their store, without a labour charge. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. I only needed a wheelchair for a few hours to take my aunt to the farmers market. The other places I called wanted a month to month lease. They not only helped me, but didn't take advantage of the situation to exploit my moment of need and gave me a good price. Good job.

I brought my mother-in-law’s older model scooter in for repairs. All the staff at Essential Mobility were super helpful. They tracked down the maker of the scooter and tested the batteries. They were able to pinpoint the issue and the scooter is working great.
