Patricia Pink – Service Supervisor

Patricia Pink is Essential Mobility’s Service Supervisor. Patricia brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Along with her skilled Service Technicians, Patricia sets the standard for timely customer interactions, reports and repairs while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure repeat customers. Making sure all Service requests, repairs, and deliveries are booked within our clients’ schedules, determining the urgency of repairs, is her top priority. Patricia is extremely vested in making sure that she and her team are knowledgeable with all aspects of products and the parts required for repairs. Keeping our clients moving is her #1 motivation.

Wes Malec – Sales Associate

Wes Malec is part of the Sales Team here at Essential Mobility. Wes brings over 7 years of Real Estate sales and customer care to the Essential team. Wes started his career with Essential Mobility as a part-time Service Technician, learning about all of the products and mobility devices that we sell and service. Wes naturally grew to be a great addition to our Sales Team and has flourished in this role with his natural ability to connect with our clients. Wes has developed many great connections within the community along with Long Term Care Living homes and Retirement Communities, within the Hamilton and Surrounding areas. Making sure our clients’ mobility needs are met no matter their living arrangements, is what drives Wes to be the best he can.

Jen Gurman – Sales Associate

Jen Gurman is part of the Essential Sales Team as an Essential Sales Associate. Jen brings over 20 years of community and customer care to our team. Jen comes to Essential with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of our equipment, devices and accessories. Knowing what items are best suited to individual clients’ needs and possible modifications to the home are well within Jen’s realm. Jen's knowledge of our equipment makes her well versed in all areas of mobility, to better guide our clients to the items they require. From bathroom safety, patient lifts to power wheelchairs, and everything in between, our clients’ can count on Jen to provide the mobility and wellbeing devices they require.

Steven Gulka – Service Technician

Steve is Essential Mobility’s full time Service Technician. Steve brings many years of mechanical and customer service experience to Essential. Steve enjoys being able to help our clients by making sure that they have all their equipment in tip top working order. Making sure our client needs are met is Steve's top priority, whether it be delivering the items they need, installing and setting them up or doing the repairs onsite or in our shop as required.

George Bennett – Part-Time Service Technician

George is Essential Mobility’s part-time in house Service Technician. George brings many years of mechanical and aeronautics engineering experience to Essential. Doing the tough repairs and making sure that all mechanical aspects of our clients’ devices are working in optimal order, is what George thrives on. George enjoys being able to repair our clients’ devices in store and seeing their smiles when all is fixed and they are on their way.

Natalie Williamson – Office Manager

Natalie Williamson is Essential Mobility’s Office Manager and brings approximately 20 years of operational and customer focused experience to the team. Natalie spent much of her career in the Health and Safety world and uses that knowledge to translate into the Essential Mobility world by making sure that all decisions made are going to keep our clients safe and comfortable. Natalie’s focus is on accounting as well as making sure that all staff is well trained in everything mobility, so that they can all provide top quality knowledge and information to each one of our clients.

My parents had a great experience with Wes and his team. My mom is able to freely be more mobile with their help! My mom was worried about the whole experience and waited to do it and now she is very glad she got the help she needed ! Very good customer service with lots of guidance by the team when you aren’t sure what would help the most! She is enjoying her walker and scooter !

Was very happy with the service at Essential. I appreciate their honesty, I took my scooter in thinking there was something wrong with it and they checked it and it was fine. Also have previously bought a walker there and they helped me with the adp. Trevor Hamilton

I have been disabled for 24 years in that time have had lots of company's I have dealt with Wes and his team are amazing best I have ever been with my name is jack I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my life so much better can't thank all enough
