We do not store credit card numbers in our database and we do not reveal any credit card information when confirming your order. We will transmit the entire credit card number only to the appropriate credit card issuing company using an encrypted and secure communications channel during payment authorization.

The email messages between Vestrum Canada Inc. website and our customers is used to confirm orders and to notify customers about the status of the order process. These email messages will never contain your credit card information.

Exchanges and Returns

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary. In order to do this please contact our Customer Service department who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact our Customer Service department who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, please contact the Customer Service department to obtain authorization for your return. You can then return your package by a carrier of your choice to the following address:

In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you. Vestrum Canada is not responsible for items returned which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.

Delivery Pricing

Ground shipping on all orders are complementary. As part of your order procedure, you will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer. Delivery costs will depend on the value of your order and the delivery service you select.

Out of delivery area surcharges may apply depending on the location that the product is being shipped to.

Delivery Timeline

Ground Delivery: Allow between two to seven working days from the date of your order and the date of delivery. This option is not available to addresses in Yellowknife and the Northwest Territories.

Express 2 Day Service: We must receive your order before 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Your order will be delivered within two business days. Some exceptions may apply for out-of-area addresses.

Overnight Express Service: We must receive your order before 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Payment Options

Your online purchases may only be paid with the following credit / charge cards: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®.  At the moment we do not accept payments by Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer.
